1 – BBQ Chili Burger

  • Time Required for Cooking: 1 hour and 30 minutes 
  • Servings: four to six individuals.
  • Temperature of Smoke: Between 180- and 375-degrees Fahrenheit


  • Beef Chili 2.5 Lbs. Ground Beef 1 large onion, diced and set aside 1 pinch of 
  • Kosher Salt Can Chipotles in Adobo, Chopped and Mixed with Sauce a 
  • quarter of a cup of chili powder and two tablespoons of cumin powder
  • 3 Pieces of Peeled and Minced Garlic Cloves 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Chopped 1

  • 2 Measures of Chicken Stock
  • 1/8 measure of flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dark Chili Powder Chili Burgers Hershey’s Chocolate Bar 1/2 
  • Tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon Juice from 1 Lime Salt and Pepper to Taste Lbs. 
  • Ground Beef Traeger Beef Rub, As Needed
  • 2 cups of beef chili or preferred chili, whatever you choose. 
  • 5 Hamburger Buns
  • 5 Thin Slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 bag of red onions that have been sliced Corn Chips from Frito Lay


  1. In order to make the Beef Chili: Prepare a large Dutch oven for cooking over medium to high heat on the stove top. Brown the ground beef and ensure that it is cooked all the way through before serving.
  2. Put all of the ingredients for the chili into the Dutch oven, except for the chocolate and the limes.
  3. Start the Traeger in accordance with the grill’s instructions whenever you are ready to cook. Prepare the smoker by setting the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and preheating it with the cover closed for ten to fifteen minutes.
  4. Place the Dutch oven on the grill and cook the mixture for two hours, stirring after each hour. Take the Dutch oven from the grill and set it aside.
  5. Combine the lime juice and chocolate in the chili and stir to combine.

  8. Form into 5 equal patties and season both sides of each patty with Traeger Beef Rub.
  9. Cook the patties for four to five minutes on each side, turning them over once, while they are on the grill grate. Add cheese to each burger, then continue cooking them for an additional minute to allow the cheese to melt.
  10. Take the food off the grill and let it sit for one to two minutes.
  11. To assemble the burger, put the patties on the bottom bread, then add a scoop of chili, some Fritos, and some red onion, and finish by placing the top bun on the burger. Enjoy

2 – Steaks That Have Been Grilled To Perfection

  • Cooking Time: 15 minutes. 
  • Servings: 2
  • Temperature of Smoke: Between 180- and 375-degrees Fahrenheit 


  • 114 to 112-inch-thick  steak  (around 12 to 14 ounces every) 
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons Pete’s Western Rub or season with salt and pepper, in sections 


  1. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator about forty-five minutes before you want to cook them and lay them out on a plate covered in plastic wrap so that they may reach room temperature.
  2. Brush the steaks on both sides with olive oil after they have reached room temperature and are ready to be smoked.
  3. After seasoning each side of the steaks with 1 teaspoon of rubbing or salt and pepper, let them rest at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before placing them on the grill.
  4. Prepare the smoker grill for direct cooking by using the burning grates, setting the Smoke Temperature to high, and preheating to at least 450 degrees Fahrenheit with whatever pellets you want to use.Place the meat on the grill and cook for two to three minutes on one side, or until it is almost completely charred.
  5. Cook the steaks for a further two to three minutes on the same side, then flip them through 90 degrees to create cross grill stamps.
  6. Turn the steak over and continue grilling it until it reaches the doneness you prefer: 3 to 5 minutes for a medium uncommon temperature (an internal smoke temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit).6 to 8 minutes to get a smoke temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit on the inside. 8 to 11 minutes, or when the internal smoke temperature reaches 150 degrees Fahrenheit, for medium-well.
